Fairly clean place, staff was nice and courteous. Our room in space or luxury was big size and nice styled with exceptionally comfortable beds. A shower, robes, and slippers were available there.

Efficiency of service. Good restaurants close by with photos so an non-Korean speaking person could point and eat. Honest staff.
Hotel staff understand very very limited English. The manager got frustrated with our questions on arrival and had very rude undertones on Korean/English. Also, the place was difficult to find since it was in a small alley approximately 8 min walk from nearest subway station.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in the Gangnam area of Seoul. The hotel offered excellent value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail in its modern and contemporary design. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with modern gadgets and plenty of lighting options. The location, just a short walk from Yeoksam station, was convenient for exploring the city and there were plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. I was impressed with the basic amenities provided and the friendly staff who were always willing to help. it was a fantastic stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
All was just fine.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The room quality exceeded my expectations, and the staff spoke very good English. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious with plenty of amenities. The location in the Gangnam area was convenient, and there were nearby shopping areas to explore. Additionally, the hotel provided all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay.
The only minor downside was the lack of a view from the room.
